Consultant she/her Tali brings a strong background in nonprofit work, having served in roles ranging from Outreach Manager to Program Manager and Development Assistant. In each of these positions, she has contributed to the growth and success of mission-driven organizations by fostering partnerships, expanding programs, and strengthening their communication and development efforts. Now, as a grant consultant, she leverages her experience securing funding from foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other philanthropic groups to help organizations thrive. Tali is especially passionate about initiatives that promote environmental education, the arts, food equity, and, more broadly, community development, connecting folks for a more equitable and healthy future. She is particularly interested in helping organizations refine their programs, focus on measurable results, and expand their impact. |

Emma Sylvia
Consultant she/her Emma is a multidisciplinary professional with a background spanning nonprofits, municipal government, and mission-driven organizations across land conservation, historic preservation, and planning. She has managed offices, supported boards, run fundraising campaigns, and built the donor databases and communications systems that keep organizations running behind the scenes. That range shows up in her grant writing today. Emma pairs her experience with a practical eye for the details that keep an organization's fundraising goals within reach. She is drawn to roles where clear communication and practical impact intersect, and she brings the same curiosity and passion to a decades-old donor spreadsheet as she does to an 18th-century archive she helped transcribe. Emma calls southeastern Massachusetts home. She enjoys catching up on the latest film and TV, as well as trying out new vegetarian recipes and digging through yard sales and thrift shops for vintage treasures. |
