Tali Pieper
Consultant she/her Tali brings a strong background in nonprofit work, having served in roles ranging from Outreach Manager to Program Manager and Development Assistant. In each of these positions, she has contributed to the growth and success of mission-driven organizations by fostering partnerships, expanding programs, and strengthening their communication and development efforts. Now, as a grant consultant, she leverages her experience securing funding from foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other philanthropic groups to help organizations thrive. Tali is especially passionate about initiatives that promote environmental education, the arts, food equity, and, more broadly, community development, connecting folks for a more equitable and healthy future. She is particularly interested in helping organizations refine their programs, focus on measurable results, and expand their impact. |

Anna Tracht
Consultant she/her Anna has spent the past decade in the nonprofit world, gaining a deep understanding of the systems required to keep organizations running smoothly. Originally from Vermont, Anna moved to Maine in 2017 to work with Cultivating Community, managing a CSA for their New American farmer training program. From there, she moved into a grants management role with Choose Love, an international nonprofit that awards grants to grassroots organizations supporting refugees and migrants worldwide. In addition to her work with Mighty Oaks Consulting, Anna is currently the Development Coordinator with Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust in Damariscotta. Before coming to Maine, Anna participated in the Allegheny Mountain Institute’s food systems fellowship, receiving her Permaculture Design Certificate and starting a farm-to-table restaurant in rural Virginia. When not in her garden or otherwise spending time outdoors, Anna loves to knit, paint, and cook. She lives in Bath with her partner. |
